1. Order Processing & Shipping
Quality Control: Every item undergoes rigorous inspection before packaging and shipping.
Processing Time: We process orders immediately upon payment confirmation.
Shipping Window: Orders ship within 24–48 hours of payment receipt.
Tracking: You will receive regular email updates and a tracking confirmation once your order is in transit.
2. Domestic & International Delivery:
- We ship worldwide using Easy Ship, a premier platform that connects us with top-tier carriers globally to ensure the most reliable and cost-effective delivery.
We provide “Free Shipping” in the United States and Puerto Rico
Restricted Destinations:
Due to current 2026 international trade restrictions and postal suspensions, we are unable to ship to the following countries:
Syria, Sudan, Iran, Cuba, Yemen, Russia, Belarus, North Korea, and Afghanistan.
Note: We cannot ship to any country currently under United States trade sanctions.
3. International Duties, Taxes & Fees
To ensure there are no surprises, we utilize Easy Ship’s Dynamic Tax & Duty Calculator at checkout.
Fully Landed Cost: Our system calculates an estimate of Price + Shipping + Duties before you pay.
Pre-Payment Option: In most regions, you can choose to pre-pay duties at checkout to expedite customs clearance.
2026 Fees: International shipments may be subject to a 10% Section 122 surcharge and local VAT/GST (ranging from 5%–25% depending on your country). These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
