REFUND AND EXCHANGE

We conduct quality control on every item(s) before it is shipped. We will process orders immediately after we receive confirmation of payment. Orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. You will receive regular updates on the order process, and when the order is shipped, you will receive shipping/tracking confirmation.

You may exchange or get a refund for your purchase within ten business days of receipt of the items. To qualify for an exchange or refund, you must adhere to the following policy:

    • The Items must be in their original packaging and in good condition.
    • You must show proof of purchase
    • Custom-made orders may not qualify for a refund; however, you may exchange them for another item.
    • If the Item(s) you ordered are damaged or faulty, or if you received an incorrect or missing Item (s), you must contact us immediately via email at info@momosgems.com or via our What’s App number: 1-657-477-4422 or by calling 1-888-921-0239 or via mail:  MomosGems Inc., 44 Court Street Suite 1217, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11201.  We address this matter immediately by either replacing the Item(s) or issuing a full refund inclusive of Tax and Shipping Costs.
    • If you wish to return or exchange an item(s) for any other reason, we will happily issue a refund or exchange it; however, shipping costs will not be refunded.
    • The Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the items are damaged or faulty or if you receive an incorrect or missing Item(s). 
    • Refunds (if applicable): We will process refunds once we receive and inspect the items. This process may take 3-5 business days from receipt of the Item(s).
    • Any exchanges will also take between 3-5 business days.
