MOMOs Gems Inc. REFUND AND EXCHANGE – POLICY:
We conduct Quality Control on every item before it is shipped. We will process orders immediately after we receive confirmation of payment. Orders will ship within 24-48 hours of payment receipt. Once an order is shipped, we will send you, via text or email, shipping/tracking confirmation.
You may exchange or get a refund on your purchase within ten business days of receipt of Items. To qualify for an exchange or refund, you must adhere to the following conditions:
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- The Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
- Custom-made orders may not qualify for a refund; however, you may be eligible for an exchange.
- Please NOTE Items do not qualify for a refund after an exchange has been made.
- Items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange if your own negligence damages the item.
- If the Item(s) you ordered is damaged/faulty or if you received an incorrect item or missing Item(s), you must contact us immediately via email at info@momosgems.com
- The cost of return shipping is not included. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable): Refunds will be processed once the items are received and inspected. This process may take 5-10 business days from receipt of the Item.
- Exchanges of items will also take between 3-5 business days.
