REFUND AND EXCHANGE
We conduct quality control on every item(s) before it is shipped. We will process orders immediately upon receiving payment confirmation. Orders will ship within 24-48 hours of payment receipt. You will receive regular updates on the order process, and when the order ships, you will receive a shipping/tracking confirmation.
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request an exchange or refund within 10 business days of receipt.
You may exchange or get a refund for your purchase within ten business days of receipt of the items. To qualify for an exchange or refund, you must adhere to the following policy:
Eligibility Requirements:
Items must be in their original packaging and in good condition.
You must provide proof of purchase.
Custom Orders: Custom-made items are eligible for exchange only and do not qualify for refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by replacing the item or issuing a full refund, including original tax and shipping costs. Standard Returns (Change of Mind): For all other returns, we will happily issue a refund or exchange; however, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
