Consequently, you may find slight variations in the size or color of the beads. Some beads are color-enhanced or heat-treated, which is common in the industry (if a bead is color-enhanced, it will be clearly stated in the bead type description). All Jewelry is inspected before shipping. However, if you encounter any issues, we will do our best to resolve them immediately. Each piece of Jewelry comes with an Identification Card detailing the jewelry and gemstone/bead specifications, as well as instructions on how to care for your Jewelry.

Please measure your wrist before selecting the bracelet size. Each bracelet is made to order, so you must measure your wrist size before purchasing. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a cord, to measure your wrist and then place it on a ruler to determine the measurement.
Here is a Measurement Chart you can follow always allow half an inch more so that the bracelet does not feel tight for example if your wrist measures 6” inches order your bracelet at 6.5”.
