Shipping & Returns/Exchange Policy
At MomosGems, we take pride in the quality of our pieces and the transparency of our process. From our Brooklyn headquarters to your doorstep, here is what you can expect.
1. Order Processing & Shipping
- Quality Control: Every item undergoes rigorous inspection before packaging and shipping.
- Processing Time: We process orders immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Shipping Window: Orders ship within 24-48 hours of payment receipt.
- Tracking: You will receive regular email updates and a tracking confirmation once your order is in transit.
2. Domestic & International Delivery
We ship worldwide using Easyship, a premier platform that connects us with top-tier carriers globally to ensure the most reliable and cost-effective delivery.
Restricted Destinations
Due to current 2026 international trade restrictions and postal suspensions, we are unable to ship to the following countries:
Syria, Sudan, Iran, Cuba, Yemen, Russia, Belarus, North Korea, and Afghanistan.
Note: We cannot ship to any country currently under United States trade sanctions.
3. International Duties, Taxes & Fees
To ensure there are no surprises, we utilize Easyship's Dynamic Tax & Duty Calculator at checkout.
- Fully Landed Cost: Our system calculates an estimate of Price + Shipping + Duties before you pay.
- Pre-Payment Option: In most regions, you can choose to pre-pay duties at checkout to expedite customs clearance.
- 2026 Fees: International shipments may be subject to a 10% Section 122 surcharge and local VAT/GST (ranging from 5%-25% depending on your country). These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request an exchange or refund within 10 business days of receipt.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be in their original packaging and in good condition.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made items are eligible for exchange only and do not qualify for refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by replacing the item or issuing a full refund, including original tax and shipping costs.
Standard Returns (Change of Mind):
For all other returns, we will happily issue a refund or exchange; however, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
5. Processing Times for Returns
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days.
- Exchanges: Processed within 3-5 business days.
