At MomosGems, we design our jewelry to be a constant companion on your spiritual journey. While we use the highest-grade durable stretch cord available, we understand that life happens. Whether through natural wear over time or an accidental snag, we want to ensure your favorite piece stays wearable.
The "First 90 Days" Guarantee
If your bracelet cord breaks or loses its elasticity within the first 90 days of purchase, we will restring it for free.
- Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label (Domestic only) to get your beads back to our studio.
- Service: Your piece will be inspected, cleansed, and restrung to restore it to its original beauty.
Lifetime Restringing Service
Gemstones are timeless, but elastic cord is not. After 90 days, if your bracelet needs a refresh or resize, we offer a professional restringing service for a flat fee of $15 + shipping.
- What's Included: Premium high-tension cord, energetic cleansing of the stones, and return shipping back to you.
- Missing Beads: If beads are lost during a break, we can usually replace them for a small additional material fee.
How to Request a Repair
1. Contact Us
Please visit our Contact Us page. Include your order number and a photo of the piece in your message.
2. Secure Shipping
Send your beads using a padded bubble mailer and make sure all original stones and Dzi beads are included.
3. The Glow-Up
Once received, your jewelry will be repaired and shipped back to you within approximately 5 business days.
Designer’s Tip for Longevity
To avoid needing a repair, remember to "Roll, Don't Pull." When putting on your bracelet, gently roll it over your hand to your wrist. When removing it, roll it back down instead of snapping or stretching the elastic wider than necessary.
